Shipping

Touches of Country ships most items via FedEx Ground. Larger items are shipped via R+L Carriers. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and the destination of the shipment. You can calculate the shipping cost of your order by visiting the shopping cart page. To check shipping cost of item, place item in cart and then click on item at top of page. Enter your state information and click Get Rates.


Shipping Times

In stock items ship within 3-5 business days of the receipt of the order (excluding weekends). In the event an item is on backorder we will notify you when the item will ship. Small handcrafted items may take 1-2 weeks and large handcrafted items 3-4 weeks. You will receive a confirmation via email when your order ships along with your tracking number(s). You may also login to your account to view tracking info for your order. Once your order has shipped you should receive it within 7 business days. If you have not received your order in 7 days after it has been shipped, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Overnight Shipping
If you do require overnight shipping for your order please contact us at 770-786-1098 and we will provide you a quote for priority shipping.

Returns

We stand behind all the products offered on our site with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or refund with no questions asked. Our return policy does not include reimbursement for shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To return an item to A Touch of Country we must first issue a Return Material Authorization Number.

We do not accept returned items that do not have a RMA Number on the box.

If you need to initiate a return please contact us for a RMA number.
